We are looking for an Account Manager with a passion for Advocacy Marketing, a strategic mindset, and a sharp eye for project excellence. In this role, you will support the Project Manager by operating key project management processes to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT MANAGEMENT

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- Understand client brand, tone, business goals, and target audience.
- Translate client briefs into actionable campaign strategies focused on advocacy strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication, strategic consultation, and performance reporting.
- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts proactively, and upsell new services or campaign formats where relevant.
- Educate clients on best practices in advocacy marketing, creator engagement, and platform trends.
INTERNAL MANAGEMENT
Project & Workflow Ownership

- Own end-to-end campaign operations from briefing through execution to wrap-up with cross-functional team (Planning, Content Creative, Operations).
- Coordinate internal resources to meet deadlines and ensure output is on-brand, on-brief, and on-budget.
- Maintain internal documentation, timelines, and performance dashboards for visibility and alignment.
Risk & Quality Control

- Monitor campaign health in real time; identify risks early and adjust execution accordingly.
- Ensure all influencer and user-generated content meets quality and compliance standards before going live.
- Lead post-mortem reviews with internal teams to identify process improvements and performance gaps.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT

- Developing 1-2 team members qualified for company business needs such as assigning jobs, managing team workload and performance, giving feedback to team members in a timely manner periodically
- Understand and support members to perform according to account management KPI set & annual target.
- Deliver training, coaching or requesting the company to train team members with specific skill sets or knowledge.
- Responsible for team member’s performance and ensuring their level up ability.
- Pioneer leading innovation projects at department level. Be exemplary for a proactive and disciplined attitude.
Report to: Account Head
Promotion: Can be promoted to Senior Account Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Experiences & Knowledges
-
- Have at least one year at the same position & at least 5 years experience in related fields.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Has ability to work independently and supervise a team of 2-3 Account Executives/Senior Executive
- Have experience in managing a team
- Integrated marketing communications
- Social Media Marketing & Influencer Marketing
- Social Listening & Social Analytics is a plus
