Currently, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner:

• Enjoys conducting an approach strategy based on social listening data

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Social Data Understanding - 30%

• • Capable of reading & analyzing social listening data

  • Collaborate with Social Insight team to analyze customer’s insight by using social listening tool

2. Strategic Planning - 70%

• • Based on deck research result & social listening data, identify industry context, brand situation, and consumer insights in order to develop effective communication strategies that address client objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with Content teams and Account teams to complete proposals, ensuring alignment across approach strategy, content strategy, channel strategy, and a relevant KPI framework.

  • Present proposals directly to clients and support the Account team in client meetings by providing consultation on suitable social strategies.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams in tracking and reporting project performance.
