We‘re looking for an Account Executive.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management (60%)
- Coordinate with internal team to make sure deliveries are sent on time according to agreed deadlines
- Support in preparing proposals: research data/information, review competitors‘ activities, contribute/brainstorm ideas, allocate KPI & budget, build up project timeline,...
- Work with third party/vendors/KOLs to manage, execute tasks and control their qualities on a variety of social channels
- Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget and timeline, as well as achieving KPI
- Alert problems if any and propose solutions to line manager during execution
- Check and revise monthly and final campaign reports based on actual progress
- Arrange internal meetings & handle paperwork (meeting recap, liquidation, invoice,...)
Administrative Tasks (40%)
- Be in-charge of all administrative tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Having Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business is a plus but not required.
Experience:
- At least 6 months - 2 years working experience in agency with the same role
- Having experience in Social Agency is a plus
