ABOUT BUZZMETRICS
WHAT IS JOB PURPOSE?
Join Buzzmetrics as our INI Data & Operations Supervisor and take charge of turning complex operational data into actionable insights. You will manage and optimize our data systems, ensure process compliance, and coordinate cross-functional workflows to keep projects, revenues, and costs on track. This is a key role for a detail-driven leader who thrives on making operations smarter through data.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
Data Management & Quality Control (35%)
- Supervise the collection, cleaning, validation, and integration of data from multiple sources (BI tools, CRM, project trackers).
- Maintain and optimize centralized databases for projects, revenues, and operational costs.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal governance standards.
- Develop data dictionaries and guidelines for consistent data usage.
Data Reporting & Visualization (30%)
- Build and maintain operational dashboards (Power BI, Google Looker) to visualize project status, revenue realization, and cost tracking.
- Provide regular operational and financial performance reports to senior management.
- Create ad-hoc data analyses to support business and operational decisions.
Operational Coordination (20%)
- Supervise day-to-day operational activities related to data collection, project tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor project delivery milestones and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure billing and invoicing accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance, Research, and Data teams to align operational and data workflows.
Process Optimization & Compliance (15%)
- Ensure adherence to standardized data management processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose improvements.
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual workload and improve data accuracy.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Education/ Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Project Management is an advantage.
Skill:
- Proficient in data management, cleaning, validation, and visualization using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Looker) and CRM systems.
- Strong ability to translate data into operational and business insights to support decision-making.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination, cross-functional communication, and operational process management.
- Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strong business acumen.
Experience:
- 2–3+ years of experience in data project management, operational management, or business intelligence.
- Proven track record in managing multi-source data systems and building operational dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and process compliance.
Personality:
- Detail-oriented with a strong data accuracy mindset.
- Proactive problem solver with a focus on process improvement.
- Able to balance short-term operational execution with long-term system and data optimization.
- Collaborative yet confident in making decisions based on data evidence.
