OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Social Insight & Planning Specialist to join our PMO team, a unit reporting directly to the Group CEO. This team focuses on executing strategic, cross-departmental, and inter-company projects within YouNet Group.

This role‘s primary missions include:

1. Member Company Support:

    • Support YouNet Group‘s Marketing Services companies, including Mango Digital, YouNet AM, and Fanscom, in leveraging our proprietary technology and data platforms. The goal is to enhance their effectiveness in client pitches and project execution.

2. Research & Development:

    • Join the Marketing Research Lab to experiment with new research methods by combining diverse data sources, from social media to e-commerce data. The aim is to create business impact for our clients‘ marketing and sales efforts.
    • Apply AI technology to build automation solutions that optimize operational processes for all Member companies in YouNet Group (including Mango Digital, YouNet AM, Fanscom, YouNet Media, Buzzmetrics, YouNet ECI, and YouNet Social).

3. Strategic Project Management:

    • Execute special projects as assigned directly by the YouNet Group‘s Board of Directors.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

1. Social Data Analysis & Insight Reporting (45%)

    • Conduct brand, category, and campaign research using in-house social listening tools, combined with other market research sources.
    • Analyze discussion trends, audience behaviors, and brand activities to identify opportunities or risks for the brand.
    • Present findings in clear, well-structured reports with practical recommendations for marketing activities.

2. Insight-Based Campaign Planning & Measurement (45%)

    • Act as a strategic planner for internal or cross-agency projects, applying social listening insights to develop integrated communication plans.
    • Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven from planning to execution.
    • Create measurement frameworks using social data to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

3. Marketing Support & Internal Projects (10%)

    • Support marketing projects, especially those that need social data insights.
    • Help create internal resources, case examples, and guidelines to improve how teams use social data.
    • Assist in preparing and presenting insights for internal meetings or client sessions.

Internal Work Relation: Other Companies such as Mango Digital, YouNet AM, Fanscom, ect.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields from a well-recognized university.

Knowledge

    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and communication strategy.
    • Familiarity with market research methodologies, especially data from social/digital environments.
    • Business English proficiency, especially in reading and writing.

Skills

    • Proficient in data storytelling and visualization (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools is a plus).
    • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for marketing purposes, especially social media marketing campaigns.
    • Tech-savvy mindset: Comfortable working with AI tools, APIs, or new tech platforms for research or automation.

Experience

    • At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, data research, or planning, ideally in a digital creative agency, research firm, or product-driven environment.
    • Experience working with social listening platforms (e.g., SocialHeat, Talkwalker, Brandwatch) is an advantage.
