ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive. Under the leadership of HR Director, the Senior HR Executive is responsible for building, maintaining and developing Division Culture, People and Infrastructure in harmony with YouNet Group.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee relation (25%)
-
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Resolve employee relations issues to decrease turnover rate and provoke positive changes in the people management
Culture development (20%)
-
- Assist in organizing internal events including company trip, year end celebration, holidays, quarterly team building activities.
- Assist in developing workplace sports and social clubs to build employee engagement and motivation.
- Assist in other HR activites to bring fresh ideas to inspire, connect employees and build corporate culture.
Process & System (15%)
-
- Evaluate current HR process and recommend changes
- Develop the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
- Assist in the setting-up of internal processes and document templates
C&B (15%)
-
- Implement and administer Division‘s payroll in a timely and exactly manner and related issues.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans
Training & Development (10%)
-
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Establish and conduct new employee orientation
Recruitment (10%)
-
- Coordinate with recruitment team to implement hiring process
Others (5%)
-
- Other tasks assigned by HR Director
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
-
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Skills:
-
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency
Experiences:
-
- 2+ years experience as HR general or related position
- Have experience in IT & Technology or Market Research or Digital Marketing fields would be a big plus
- Have HR experience with medium-size company (from 100 staff and up)
- Any other experience to prove that you can do well the job
