ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Payroll (30%)
- Process and ensure a proper control of C&B activities in relation to monthly payroll of 1 BU.
- Perform cost accounting after each salary payment.
2. SHUI (40%)
- Timely process increasing - decreasing - adjusting SHUI salary.
- Process procedures of sickness, maternity, convalescence to Social Insurance Dept.
- Close the SHUI book and send them back to employee.
- Reconcile C12 with payroll and deliver payment request.
3. PIT (20%)
- Register PIT code & independant PIT code.
- PIT declaration monthly and yearly.
- Issue PIT finalization document.
4. External Report (5%)
- Prepare and timely process required reports on the labor status to DOLISA and any other labor/Social Insurance related periodic reports as required by the law.
5. Others (5%)
- Issue leaving decision for staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience in the company without HRIS.
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ Law.
- Good knowledge of labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations.
- Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking.
- Careful and result-oriented.
- Expert user of MS Office Online: Excel, Work.
- Energetic, positive, open-minded
