We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Process & System (30%)
- Execute paperwork following established processes.
- Assist in updating information in the system (e.g., new hires, leaving resources, employee information).
Training & Development (20%)
- Organize offline training sessions and workshops.
- Support trainers/ speakers during training sessions and workshops.
C&B (10%)
- Handle paperwork, including drafting contracts and organizing and storing employee documents.
- Assist in checking timesheets and absence schedules.
Culture Development (30%)
- Assist in organizing internal events including, year-end celebrations, holidays, and quarterly team-building activities.
- Assist in developing workplace sports and social clubs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
- Support other HR activities to introduce fresh ideas, inspire and connect employees, and build corporate culture.
Others (10%)
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Intern period: 6 months
Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS
Education & Knowledge
- Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and systems is a plus.
- Awareness of HR practices and workplace operations is an advantage.
Skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask.
- Team-oriented mindset with basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency (reading & writing).
