ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Growth & Account Ownership

- Own and drive growth of assigned accounts, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build strong client relationships and influence client decision-making to expand business impact
Client Consulting & Strategic Partnership

- Diagnose client business challenges and translate them into effective, data-driven solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, proactively providing insights and recommendations
- Position YouNet Media as a strategic partner through high-quality consulting and presentations
Project Leadership & Delivery Excellence

- Co-work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure end-to-end project delivery, quality, and timeline
- Anticipate risks and proactively drive solutions
- Own account-level financial performance (revenue, cost, margin)
Collaboration & Team Contribution
-
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions
- Provide feedback to improve product, service quality, and internal processes
- Support and guide junior team members when needed
REQUIREMENTS
Education: BA of economics, business administration, marketing
Knowledge: Understand thoroughly the fundamentals & correlation of brand strategy, communication strategy & social media platforms, research
Skill:

- Logical thinking and critical thinking
- Be able to communicate and explain things simply, logically
- Superior communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Be able to cooperate smoothly with internal teams
- Be able to handle pressure
Experience:

- Experience in marketing, communication, market research or consulting in 3 years at least
- Maturity to deal with complex situations and briefs
- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/ or projects
