We are looking for Client Partnership Manager to join with us!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account maintenance (50%): Ensure key account renewal rate and account value maximization by supervising service quality and establishing strategic partnership with clients.
- New account acquisition (20%): Engage and acquire key strategic accounts according to annual sales plan.
- Manage operation cost (20%): Data-based decision in unit management
- Team leadership (10%): Build and retain talent force for Business Unit
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 7 years of working experiences, 2 years as a team leader
- Account Planning: Critical & strategic thinking, analytical skills Financial skill: planning & giving decision base on financial analytics
- Consultant & Convincing: Marketing & E-com knowledge Proven leadership skills, people management & development
- Collaboration: building team spirit; collaborate with other teams, departments & companies in YouNet Group for goals achievement.
- Product Innovation: Market needs analysis for product innovation
- Industry high-level network: Support building Buzzmetrics‘s brand name & business relationships
- Being dynamic, ambitious, proactive and hunger for sales. Having business mindset
