JOB DESCRIPTION
Employer Branding Development (20%)
- Proactively propose and collaborate with departments and partners to plan and execute communication campaigns that enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Create engaging content (articles, images, videos, etc.) and manage employer branding channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment website) to ensure consistent and attractive messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to optimize future activities.
Internal Communication (25%)
- Develop ideas and implement communication campaigns to promote corporate culture and strengthen employee engagement.
- Produce and manage content across internal communication platforms such as email, internal newsletters, Workplace, internal website, and office TV screens, ensuring clear and engaging messaging.
Internal Event Management (50%)
- Plan and coordinate internal events including Year-End Party, Company Trip, Workshops, and seasonal celebrations throughout the year.
- Manage event budgets, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth and effective execution.
- Collect feedback, evaluate event outcomes, and recommend enhancements for future events.
Others (5%)
- Support other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of employer branding, internal communication, and corporate culture.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.
Experience:
- 1–2 years in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, Event Planning or similar roles.
Skill:
- Strong content creation (writing, visual, video).
- Basic tools: Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Social media & internal communication platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Workplace…).
- Good communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS Office & English proficiency
Personality:
- Creative, innovative, flexible, strategic thinking
- High sense of judgement & responsibility
- Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
