ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Personnel Records
- Support the drafting of labor contracts and contract addendums using available templates, ensuring proper signing, stamping, and archival of contracts and addendums.
- Assist in collecting and compiling employee dossiers and personal information as needed.
- Receive, review, and return employee documents as required.
2. SHUI
- Support the execution of procedures for reporting, adjusting, increasing, or decreasing compulsory Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) for employees.
- Monitor the status of contributions – temporary cessation or resumption of contributions – and handle issues arising related to SHUI.
- Contact employees to request documents for reimbursement.
- Prepare monthly insurance payment settlement documents.
3. PIT
- Collect employee-related dependent documents for the purpose of declaring Personal Income Tax (PIT).
- Prepare and submit periodic tax reports.
- Support the preparation of periodic tax payment settlements.
4. Others
- Support other administrative and HR tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-6 months of experience in a C&B (Compensation & Benefits) Intern position.
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Labor Law and Social Insurance Law (SI Law).
- Proficiency in office computing (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to use software for personal income tax declaration and social insurance.
- Friendly communication skills.
- Careful, meticulous, and responsible in work.
- Proactive in learning/asking questions and possessing a team-supportive spirit.
