Job description

ABOUT YOUNET GROUP

YouNet is the Pioneering Data Intelligence Group for Digital Commerce in South East Asia — the first to own and unify both Social and E-commerce data platforms, transforming them into integrated intelligence systems that deliver both Actionable Insights and Solutions for digital commerce.

Founded in Vietnam and the United States, YouNet has evolved into a multi-entity group of 7 specialised companies — each contributing deep expertise in social listening & social media research, E-commerce intelligence, social advocacy marketing, creative communication, community engagement, and enterprise platforms.

At the heart of our value lies integration: we connect Social and E-commerce data with technology, creativity, and execution to help brands grow smarter and faster in the digital economy.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Employer Branding (EB) Leader who is responsible for deploying the employer branding, internal communication, and employee engagement strategy across YouNet Group. This role ensures that YouNet is positioned as an employer of choice, with a strong, authentic, and consistent Employer Value Proposition (EVP) reflected throughout the employee lifecycle.

The EB Leader operates at both strategic and executional levels, leading employer branding initiatives, managing EB/IC resources, and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and HR stakeholders to strengthen organizational culture, talent attraction, and employee experience.

  • Monitor market trends, benchmarks, and best practices in employer branding and talent marketing.

  • Design and manage internal communication strategies that reinforce company values, culture, and strategic priorities.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen alignment, belonging, and ownership.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, translating leadership messages into compelling internal narratives.

4. Employee Experience & Engagement Programs

  • Lead the design and execution of key internal events and engagement programs (e.g., onboarding experiences, company-wide events, culture initiatives).
  • Ensure that employee touchpoints consistently reflect YouNet’s cultural values and EVP.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to integrate employer branding into the employee lifecycle.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop EB / Internal Communication team members (where applicable).
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Business Leaders.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners related to employer branding activities.

6. Measurement & Insights

  • Define and track employer branding and engagement KPIs (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, EVP perception, campaign effectiveness).
  • Use data and employee insights to continuously improve employer branding initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for HR Leadership.

Promotion: Can be promoted to EB Manager.
