We’re looking for a Vice Business Director to support the Business Director in driving YNM’s next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll manage the Client Partnership Team and oversee key business operations, ensuring Vietnam operates as a strong, scalable base that supports YNM’s expansion across Southeast Asia while also using Social & E-commerce Intelligence to act as a true growth partner for brands navigating Digital Commerce.
SCOPE OF WORKS
1. Client Partnership
Business Strategy & Growth

- Define strategy and clear action plans to maximize the potential of each client segment and key accounts, based on deep understanding of client context, business challenges, and opportunities.
Team Leadership
-
- Lead, coach, and develop the CP team into true client partners (not just handlers).
- Build the next generation of CP members, ready to scale with YNM.
Client Relationship Management

- Position YNM as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless delivery, proactive risk management, and high client satisfaction.
- Personally step in on strategic or high-stakes accounts where leadership adds unique value.
Process & Systems

- Standardize CP processes (renewals, upsells, risk checks, escalation).
- Build dashboards and health scores to make client management scalable, visible, and predictable.
P&L Management of CP Department

- Own revenue, profitability, and efficiency metrics of the CP function.
- Ensure stable retainer base while driving upsell/cross-sell for growth.
2. Business Operations

- Shape new sales direction with Business Director: leverage insights from retainer clients to identify priority industries and opportunities, ensuring new sales strategy is aligned with long-term portfolio growth.
- Align cross-team collaboration: enforce smooth coordination between BD, CP, and internal functions (MKT, P&R, Research)...
- Monitor and improve workflows: oversee reporting, forecasting, and escalation rules to keep operations predictable and scalable.
Report to: Business Director
Promotion: Can be promoted to Business Director/ Managing Director
REQUIREMENTS

- 10-12 years managing large, multi-stakeholder client portfolios, with strong Mar-Com foundation and data-driven mindset.
- Proven track record in strategy, renewals, upsells, and P&L ownership.
- Strategic thinker with system-building skills; experienced in leading and coaching teams into trusted client partners.
- Trusted advisor mindset: curious, consultative, and value-adding beyond scope.
- High operational discipline: reporting, forecasting, escalation; ensures scalable, predictable workflows.
