We’re seeking a Strategic Planner to join our team!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research & Insight
- Study client briefs and align with the supervisor to identify areas for further research
- Collaborate with internal teams and data analysts to assess market, category, competitors, and consumer behavior
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights and clear entry points for the strategic approach
2. Strategy development
- Assist in building integrated communication / social plans under guidance of the supervisor
- Contribute to the development of clear and inspiring creative briefs
- Stay updated on consumer trends, digital platforms, and creative formats to inform strategies.
- Collaborate closely with account, creative, and social teams to ensure alignment.
- Presentation: Support the Strategic Planning Supervisor in preparing and delivering presentations of strategic thinking, research findings, and creative briefs to clients and internal teams. Be able to articulate ideas clearly and logically.
3. Campaign Measurement & Reporting
- Work with the supervisor to define measurable objectives and KPIs for campaigns.
- Support reporting by analyzing campaign performance with account & social teams.
- Extract key learnings to improve future campaigns.

Report to: Strategic Planning Supervisor
Work Relation:
Internal: Collab with Account Department, Creative Department, Social Department, Planning & Social Data Analyst members.
Other Business Units in YouNet Group: YouNet Media, Buzzmetrics, YouNet AM, Mango Digital
External: Clients, Third parties,...
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the Social/Creative Agency field or similar role. Proven work experience in IMC Campaign Planning is a plus.
- Experiencing in developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Interest and understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, and consumer behavior.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, especially in cross-functional environments (account, creative, social, data…).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and time management skills.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with social listening or digital tools (advantage, not mandatory).
