We are looking for Social Insight Supervisor to join with us.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Leader & Supervision (40%)
- Lead the production of YouNet Media Index (YMI) rankings: Brand Ranking, Campaign Ranking, and SocialTrend Ranking. Ensure the methodology reflects the true performance of brands/campaigns on social media.
- Oversee industry-specific research projects to generate leads and approach potential brands.
- Produce periodic in-depth reports or customized requests for Key Accounts/partners to maintain strong relationships.
- Supervise the setup of tracking dashboards and data processing pipelines for marketing projects.
*Project to handle
- Monthly/Yearly YMI Rankings (Brand, Campaign, SocialTrend).
- Strategic Industry Reports (e.g., Tet Report, Sector deep-dives).
- Key Account Intelligence Reports.
2. Advanced Research & Analytics (20%)
- Directly conduct complex research on Categories, Consumer Behaviors, and Trends.
- Quality Control: Verify data accuracy, audit methodology, and ensure the logical flow of insights in all team deliverables.
- Apply advanced research methodologies to create insightful reports, analyses, and dashboards.
- Deep-dive analysis to uncover "hidden gems" in social data.
*Project to handle
- High-level Ad-hoc Research for Board of Directors or Strategic Marketing Campaigns.
- Methodology for new topics / metrics / industry
3. Team Management & Training (20%)
- Project Management: Assign tasks, monitor progress, remind, and report on the status of all SI team projects.
- Process Building: Build and standardize professional workflows for Research, Data Processing, Visualization, and Insight Recommendation.
- Training & Mentoring: Train team members on Technical skills to improve overall performance.
4. Consulting & Product Collaboration (20%)
- Provide high-value, data-backed recommendations for Clients and Internal Marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Research and Data teams to propose features or improvements for YouNet Media's platforms based on usage insights and market needs.
- Participate in proposal development with the Business Development team using data insights.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in economy, marketing, business from a well-recognized university
Knowledge:
- Business English
- Strong knowledge of Marketing/Branding principles
- Social Media Landscape in Vietnam

Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Market Research, Social Listening, or Data Analysis.
