We are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner to join our team!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PLANNING (85%):
Overview:
- Take lead the Planning stage, balance the creative side of the advertising agency and the business side of the client side.
- Come up with Digital & Social-led communication plan to address marketing objective and business objective of clients, and be able to deploy it across multi-touchpoints as integration campaigns with PR, Activation, Digital Media…
- Imply understanding of current and emerging Social/ Digital Communication platforms, Trending Topics, Trending Creative Formats and Consumer’s Usages & Behaviors for optimal deployment plan.
- Imply creative methodology of Mango Digital for relevant campaign objectives with given guidelines.
- Self Update new news, knowledge, skills and trending topics related to strategic communication, TA understanding and Digital - Social Media.
Pre-Campaign (Strategic) Planning: (60%)
- Mindfully conduct the research queries and work closely with Internal Teams such as Account team, YouNet Group Team/ Data Analyst to explore the relevant insights.
- Come up with strategic and clear communication approach with good rationales, debrief Creative Team with campaign framework/channel mix. Consolidate deck together with Creative, Account Team and lead presentation.
- Overview and set up the effective campaign‘s measure of success that answer the campaign’ objectives / campaign’s goals.
Campaign Measurement & Report: (20%)
- Review and report campaigns to clients and take key learning for the next campaigns/plans.
- Pro-actively follow up with status of Project‘s execution to suggest relevant learnings & implications for Report.
Other Tasks: (5%)
- Proceed case study submissions for Advertising Awards of Mango Digital, together with Account Team & Creative Team
2. PROJECT CONSULTANCY (15%)
- Following the campaign from planning to execution, proactively consult clients / Internal teams to optimize campaign performance along the way
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Economics, Marketing or related field.
Knowledge:
- Experience in many industries such as: dairy, FMCG, F&B, insurance, smartphones, digital wallet, banking, electronics, home appliances, etc.
- Good understanding the diversity of data points across digital & social media platforms.
Skill:
- Good understanding of Digital & Social Communication Platforms in term of Operation and Consumer Usage & Behaviors that know-how to deploy communication plan on across multi-touchpoints, online & offline integration.
- Be able to use diversified analytic tools (Social Listening tool, Social Analytic Tools, Google Analytics, Influencer Marketing tools...) for proactively conducting insight findings and campaign performance evaluation.
- Have good analytical skills and can deal with both numbers and words analysis
- Be able to ensure the quality of campaigns from concept can be fully delivered in execution phases
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Constructive & Open Minded in mutual communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with line manager (planning director), internal team and external people
- Ability to work effectively in "Agency side" high pressure & with cross-functional teams

Experience:
- At least 3-4 years experience in marketing field or related position
- Have an experience in social listening is an advantage
- Previous market research exposure is an advantage
- Any other experience to prove that you can do the job well
