We are looking for a Senior Social Outreach Executive to join our dynamic team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. SOCIAL MANAGEMENT
PLANNING & CREATION (20%)
- Work closely with the Internal team (Planning, Creative & Account) on the development of social media strategies,, tactics, and content direction, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences across multiple platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, incorporating insights into social engagement initiatives
- Plan and allocate budget, outcome, seeding, vendor,... based on client‘s brief
EXECUTION (80%)
- Take responsibility for executing social media outreach campaigns (in proactively spotting, collaborating with influencers, community partners, and neutralization suppliers), ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Deliver all types of performance evaluations, tracking, and reports on campaign/ weekly/ monthly basics by channel: Owned channels, Social Out-reach channels, Influencer channels; by type (Content, Creative, Community, Competitor, Campaign, etc.) to evaluate the performance of brands on social media and suggest solutions to improve the campaigns
- Research and analyze social media trends, visitor data in campaign by-campaign to improve the brand’s social media performance and the efficacy of their campaigns
Initiate creation, conception, and presentation of community & advocacy strategy - Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and influencers to enhance long-term collaboration efficiency and cost optimization for the company.
B. TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
- Create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team‘s potential.
- Manage and coordinate tasks, monitor operations for team members to execute activities in the approved Social categories.
- Manage quality, relationship,.. between internal team & external team.

Promotion path: Social Outreach Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2-4 years of experience in directly executing social/ influencer campaigns at social agency
- Deep knowledge of social nature, social planning, and social media performance
- Good sense of social content and social trends and Influencer industry as well
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication and critical thinking skills
- Open-mindset, listening & “can do” attitude
- Good at dealing with KOL/vendor
- High attention to detail, careful and operate with discipline ensuring timely deliverables
- Effectiveness of team collaboration
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
