By auditing, designing, and activating multi-layered advocacy ecosystems - from employees and loyal customers to qualified social voices - we help brands build trust-based communities that speak for them, not just about them.
We are looking for a Social Outreach Manager to lead our advocacy marketing efforts by building strong advocate and influencer networks, driving authentic engagement, and ensuring impactful outreach campaigns. You will manage strategy and execution while leading a team of two outreach specialists to deliver outstanding results.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy & Planning (40%)
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of Social Advocacy KPIs (reach, engagement, SOV, sentiment and conversion), identify the underlying variables affecting these metrics and implement optimization tactics to ensure maximum ROI.
- Partner with Strategic Planning and Content teams to build integrated advocacy plans, take the lead on mapping the channel landscape and designing innovative social initiatives that directly address client objectives.
- Stay up to date with trends in advocacy marketing, influencer engagement, and social media platforms.
2. Advocate & Influencer Engagement (20%)
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and community leaders.
- Maintain long-term partnerships to ensure consistent, authentic brand representation.
- Proactively analyze historical data from influencer and third-party dealings to forecast future spending with the goal to design and secure long-term master packages that provide our clients with competitive pricing and priority access.
3. Campaign Execution & Performance (15%)
- Oversee execution of outreach campaigns across relevant social channels.
- Track, analyze, and report outreach performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Ensure all outreach activities deliver measurable impact and align with campaign KPIs.
4. Team Leadership & Development (25%)
- Lead, mentor, and support social outreach team (2-4 team members), ensuring clear objectives and performance standards.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and training to develop team capabilities.
- Develop the working process (both internal and external) in order to optimize the productivity while securing team culture and individual’s growth.
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture within the outreach team.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in influencer/advocacy marketing, outreach, or community management
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in outreach, social media, or analytics tools
- Proven ability to build and manage advocate/influencer relationships
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience leading small teams
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
