RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Customized marketing research studies by compiling, analyze study results to actionable reports, data-based conclusions and recommendations in a concise and presentations
• Conducting syndicated research for internal & external team
• Updating social media hot topics/trends for internal team and client. Propose the meaningful insight from hot topic/trend for client with supervision of Leader

Project Management

• Follow internal project to smoothly work with internal team and other stakeholders to make sure well-delivered project with high quality & on time with the supervision of Leader
  

Report to: Head of Planning Department

Work Relation:

• Internal: Collab with, Account Department, Creative Department,, Social Influencer & Innovation, Planning Department,...
• Other Business Units in YouNet Group: YouNet Media, Buzzmetrics, YouNet AM, Mango Digital

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in the Market Research / Digital Agency field or similar role. 
  Research and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking, analytical & familiarity with social data (Social Listening Tool in YouNet Group)
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
