We are looking for a Senior Content Creative Executive to join our team!
As a Senior Content Creative Executive, you will be the "architect" of social conversations. You won‘t just create content; you will craft Narratives and Social Outreach strategies that drive authentic Word-of-Mouth. Leveraging YouNet Group’s data-driven ecosystem, you will lead creative implementation within campaigns to ensure the brand’s voice resonates naturally across the social landscape.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Creative & Project Management (80%)
- Data-Driven Strategy: Research and develop strategic creative content plans by leveraging social data from YouNet Group‘s social data platforms: SocialHeat & SociaLift. Translate data insights into actionable "Social Angles" that trigger community engagement.
- End-to-end Creative & Narrative Execution: Lead the entire creative process from planning to execution, ensuring all social content meets excellence standards, integrates seamlessly into campaigns, and utilizes strategic conversation-seeding tactics to proactively steer public discussion across social communities.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and report performance of content execution to measure the effectiveness, optimize current strategies, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations for future efficiency.
- Trend Pioneering: Proactively capture and "socialize" emerging trends to maximize the content effectiveness and align with social media users‘ behaviors.
Management & Development (20%)
- Leadership & Coaching: Lead, train, and mentor Executives/Interns to elevate their creative thinking and social execution skills.
- Strategic Content Advisory: Act as a strategic consultant for clients, presenting creative solutions and managing expectations regarding social advocacy goals.
- Culture Building: Support and promote the key values and creative culture of the Content team within YouNet Group.
Promotion Path: Content Creative Supervisor
Work Relations:
- Internal: Account, Planning Department & member of Content Creative Line Team or Others Content Creative Teams
- External: Clients, Vendors, KOLs, Partner Agencies & Group Companies
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Marketing/Journalism/Economic majors relating.
Knowledge
- Passionate and articulate with the ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages
- Deep understanding of algorithms and user behaviors across major social platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, etc.
- Have knowledge about data analytics tool/software is a big plus
Skill
- Exceptional ability to "role-play" and lead social discussions. Capable of adapting writing styles to various personas - ranging from industry experts and savvy consumers to "Gen Z" slang to ensure organic and seamless conversation seeding.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex brand messages into community-native language that resonates and triggers high engagement.
- Be good at communication & presentation skills (good at English skills are preferred)
- Experience in project management with flexibility to adapt to various project situations
Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in the same/relevant positions
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Creative or Content roles within Creative or Social Agencies
- Prior experience using Social Listening tools (e.g., SocialHeat, Buzzmetrics, or similar) is highly preferred.
Personality
- Agile and highly sensitive to social media shifts; possesses the ability to quickly "absorb" and adapt to emerging community cultures.
- Calm and level-headed when navigating heated discussions or managing negative sentiments online.
- Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented.
- Be self-servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.
- Capable of learning new technologies and optimizing working processes to meet projects‘ needs.
- Have ownership mindset - never say never attitude.
