We‘re looking for an Art Director to join our dynamic team!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ART DIRECTION (50%)
- Brainstorm and deliver well crafted visual ideas for digital-lead IMC campaigns and fully QC (quality control) visual production throughout campaigns/ projects.
- Modify artwork directions responding to clients requests.
- Contribute to all sorts of design and production supporting the designer team.
- Verbally deliver conceptual visual direction in a solid way.
- Experienced in sketching ideas is a plus.
DESIGN (30%)
- Deliver updated digital visual thinking to ensure breakthrough digital customer experiences on websites or mobile apps and throughout social campaigns.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve the design teamwork.
- Animation skill, video editing and video production is a must.
- Be in charge of visual layouts of key visuals or campaign assets.
MANAGEMENT (20%)
- Work under high pressure with multi-channel projects at a time.
- Well collaborate with the internal team to enhance creative quality.
- Manage team performance in projects: 1 Multimedia Designer.
- Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share your insights with the team.
Report to: Creative Director
Promotion to: Can be promoted to Senior Art Director
REQUIREMENTS
- Well-established or senior-level working experience as Art and Visual Designer for +2-3 years for digital marketing agencies.
- Having a strong social/ digital background.
- Always updated with latest trends/ new formats/ platforms, etc. & open minded to meet fast-changing demands from the industry.
- Can-do attitude in a dynamic team working environment.
- Experienced in managing at least 1 Multimedia Designer.
