We’re looking for a candidate who can turn data-driven insights into advocacy campaigns that captivate audiences and hit hard KPIs. As our Senior Account Executive for Influencer Advocacy, you’ll guide a nimble team, translate client ambitions into authentic partnerships, protect project margins, and steer real-time performance dashboards - all while mentoring junior talent.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Management - 35%
- Be the key contact for daily communication with clients
- Identify potential opportunities, risks and solutions to enhance the agency-client partnership.
- Monitor all project activities to ensure the greatest satisfaction delivery to the client.
2. Project Management - 35%
- Strongly interested in working with data as daily scope
- Prefer to have a standard knowledge of social listening tools & BSI chart (understand the definition & know how it works)
- Build & control P&L: Manage project cost efficiency and be responsible for achieving the agreed-upon profit targets for all projects
- Coordinate with internal team to make sure deliveries are sent on time according to agreed deadlines
- Work with internal team to collect data & lead prepare proposals: research data/information, review competitors‘ activities, contribute/brainstorm ideas, allocate KPI & budget, build up project timeline,...
- Keep track all projects to ensure that the it stays within the allocated budget and timeline, as well as achieving KPI
- Alert problems if any and propose solutions to line manager during execution
- Check and revise monthly and final campaign reports based on actual progress
- Arrange internal meetings & handle paperwork (meeting recap, liquidation, invoice,...)
- Third party management: work with 3rd party/ suppliers to manage, execute tasks and control their qualities on a variety of social channels
3. Administrative Tasks - 30%
- Be in-charge of all administrative tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)

- YNAM: Strategic Planning & Social Insight, Content Creative, Social Outreach, HR-Operations
- Other Business Units: YouNet Media, Buzzmetrics, Mango Digital; YouNet Head Office: HR, Finance & Accounting.
- External: Clients, third parties, suppliers, KOL/KOC, Talent Representatives/agencies...
Report to: Account Manager
Promotion path: Can be promoted to Associate Account Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Having Bachelor‘s degree in marketing & business is a plus
