We‘re looking for an Account Executive. Who takes responsibility for serving clients with the greatest satisfaction to keep and expand the business. He/ She will work closely with clients to understand their expectations for the projects, then communicate with internal teams and vendors/ suppliers to ensure the final works will meet the client‘s requirements.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Act as a “gatekeeper” for quality control. Work collaboratively across internal teams and clients.
  • Project execution and management: receive and clarify briefs, work with functional teams/seek out suitable resources to ensure deliverables meet scope & project timeline.
  • In charge of raising and managing Profit & Loss (PnL) for at least 02 clients at same time
  • Take accountability and ownership of daily project execution/ assigned tasks.
  • Negotiate, deal, and troubleshoot with senior levels, suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Administrative tasks under the line manager‘s direction: setting up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
  • Report on projects for internal teams and clients. 
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES

  • Learning and positive attitude with an open mind.
  • Passionate in the Marketing and Advertising industry.
  • MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Promotion path: Can be promoted to Senior Account Executive

 

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Have 1-2 years of working experience in an Advertising agency.
  • Social/IMC/ Digital/ BTL experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.
