As a Planning & Social Insight Trainee, you will support the Strategic Planning & Social Insight team in developing effective marketing proposals and campaigns. This position offers you a chance to learn through hands-on experience in a dynamic agency environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall: Participate in the project pitching process: receiving briefs, contributing to proposal development, and preparing reports.
Social Insight (50%)
- Utilize social listening tools to analyze consumer sentiment and trends.
- Learn to interpret key metrics and industry terms.
- Translate raw data into meaningful insights to developing proposal
- Research: market, products, communication activities of clients & competitors to have an overall view of the proposal
Planning (50%)
- Take part in building strategic directions for project.
- Support proposal completion under the guidance of Senior Level/Line Manager.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Report to: Strategic Planning Manager
Promotion: Strategic Planner/ Social Insight Executive

REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Senior or fresh graduated students in major: Advertising, Communications, Marketing, PR, Business Administration or equivalent
Knowledge
- Good understanding the diversity of data points across digital & social media platforms.
Skill
- Logical & critical thinking
- Can deal with both numbers and words analysis
- Good at organization, time management and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external people
Experience
- Work experience 3-6 months intern in digital agency
Personality
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn
