ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an proactive HR Generalist who will assist Senior HR Generalist to work in partnership with Business Heads and TA, EB, C&B, Admin teams to build, implement and develop DATA-DRIVEN PEOPLE STRATEGY to achieve BUSINESS OBJECTIVE of YouNet Group. In this role, you will contribute your HR expertise, use data to guide your work, add value to business needs, and impact how work is done. As part of our HR Department, you will continue to focus on INNOVATION, OWNERSHIP and on the EMPLOYEE & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE at YouNet Group.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Strategic Planning & Executing (50%)
Execute tasks regarding Staffing, Training, Promotion, Retention to achieve People strategy in company BSC plan.

- Partner with TA team to ensure timely hiring aligned with workforce planning.
- Organize and conduct new employee orientation, quarterly training.
- Support in the probation review, annual performance review process.
- Develop and implement engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters; handle workplace concerns fairly and in compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
2. People Operations (30%)

- Support implement & maintain People Operations framework, including Culture, Process, Policy of company aligned with YouNet Group to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure proper HR documentation, contracts, and personnel records are updated.
3. People Consulting (10%)
-
- Advise Senior level and under regarding Staffing, Performance management, Labour legislation to make right decisions.
4. Team Contribution (10%)

- Contribute and engage in HR Department Culture to build an inclusive workplace together.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/ Knowledge:
-
- Bachelor‘s degree in HR Management, Laws, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant degree.
Skill:
-
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Having critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems proactively
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
Experience:
-
- 6 month - 1 year of experience in equivalent role
- Experience in Advertising/Marketing industry would be a big plus
