ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Internal Communication (45%)
- Assist in creating content for internal and employer branding channels (Workplace, Email, Social Media, Recruitment site, etc.).
- Contribute ideas and assist in executing internal communication campaigns to promote company culture and employee engagement.
- Support the organization of internal events (e.g. Year-End Party, Company Trip, monthly/seasonal celebrations, etc.).
- Help collect feedback and contribute to post-event recap and improvement suggestions.
- Support other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of employer branding, internal communication, and corporate culture
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy
- Strong skills in content creation: Writing, visual, short-form video
- Basic proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Comfortable using social media & internal communication platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Workplace)
- Good communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and English communication
- Creative, innovative, flexible, strategic thinking
- High sense of judgement & responsibility
- Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
- Internship allowance of 3,000,000 VND/month and opportunity to become a full-time employee after the program
- Hands-on experience in employer branding, internal communication and event planning
