KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Management & Development (30%)

    • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and stability of the Group‘s WordPress-based website system.
    • Spearhead the development of new websites and professional landing pages for products, services, and marketing campaigns as required.
    • Execute timely and accurate updates of content, visuals, and website structure based on internal requests

Digital Advertising & Media Performance (40%)

    • Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across key channels, including Google, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    • Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets, closely monitoring key metrics (CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
    • Continuously track, analyze data, and optimize campaign performance (creatives, targeting, bidding) to achieve KPIs.

SEO Planning & Optimization (15%)

    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and build a comprehensive SEO strategy (on-page & off-page) for the website ecosystem.
    • Implement on-page SEO best practices and coordinate off-page initiatives.
    • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and propose continuous improvement plans.

Digital Platform & Tools Management (15%)

    • Centrally manage key digital accounts: Business Manager (Facebook), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Ladipage, Wordpress, etc.
    • Proactively research, trial, and recommend new digital tools, platforms, and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Handle all matters related to payments, subscription renewals, and user access management for team members.
    • Prepare periodic reports on tool usage and effectiveness.

Report to: PMO Head

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

    • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role is required.
    • Hands-on experience in planning and executing multi-channel media performance campaigns, with strong data analysis and optimization skills.
    • Proficiency with website/landing page builders such as Ladipage, Elementor, or other WordPress Page Builders is mandatory.
    • Competency in basic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
    • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Power BI is a significant advantage.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML for website customization is a plus.
