We are looking for a Content Creative Executive who is passionate about turning social trends, consumer insights, and brand strategies into engaging and effective content — especially in the Advocacy Marketing landscape, where influence comes not just from big names, but real voices across social platforms.
You will be responsible for end-to-end execution and content delivery across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, forums, and more) while working closely with internal and external stakeholders (KOLs, vendors) to deliver impactful Advocacy Marketing campaigns.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Content creation & Reporting (50%)
- Produce advocacy content from the user’s point of view (natural, relatable, and non-branded in tone) by diverse formats across social platforms such as Facebook community group, fanpage; KOL posts, TikTok Video, comments, and more.
- Research user insights to propose content ideas and formats that enhance authenticity and impact, supporting the development of strong proposals.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to generate regular reports, providing actionable insights for optimizing future content and improving campaign effectiveness.
Third-party collaboration & management (30%)
- Brief, coordinate, and manage external vendors, KOLs and partners during campaign execution.
- Review and quality control all deliverables (visuals, videos, comments, etc.) to ensure alignment with creative direction, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues during production, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Project management (20%)
- Manage your own tasks while collaborating closely with internal teams to monitor project progress, ensure content quality, and resolve issues proactively.
- Get trained and conduct social analytics report/research as projects required using YouNet Group’s platforms: social listening & social influencer.
Report to: Content Creative Supervisor/ Senior Content Creative Executive
Promotion: Senior Content Creative Executive
Work Relations:
- Internal: Account, Planning Department & member of Content Creative Line Team or Others Content Creative Teams
- External: Clients, Vendors, KOLs, Partner Agencies & Group Companies

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent at writing skills.
- Be able to deliver influential communication.
- Having 1-3 years experience as Content Executive (or Content writer).
- Having knowledge of the Mom & Baby & FMCG industry is an advantage
- Have a deep understanding of social media language and be able to capture & adapt social trends into works quickly.
- Be enthusiastic and dynamic with a good attitude.
- Be willing to learn new skills, have a progressive spirit, and develop to become better in your working fields.
