ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Management (80%)

  • Manage and monitor social media platforms for clients, including Facebook Fanpage, Instagram Business, TikTok, etc.
  • Actively respond to comments and inbox messages to maintain user engagement and ensure a positive online presence.
  • Collect, classify, and escalate user feedback or issues to relevant internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Track and compile data from contests and minigames (e.g., participant information, results, etc.).
  • Update reply protocols, accurate scheduling of content on assigned fanpages and platforms as per client requirements.
  • Technical support by working with vendors (e.g., Sapo) to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues affecting content visibility, engagement tracking, or page access.

Social Analysis & Reporting (20%)

  • Collect and analyze key metrics related to fanpage performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Prepare periodic reports such as Fanpage Management Report and Fanpage Tracking Report.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and social media strategy based on audience behavior.

Report to: Senior Content Creative Executive

Work Relations:

  • Internal: Account, Planning Department & member of Content Creative Line Team or Others Content Creative Teams
  • External: Clients, Vendors, KOLs, Partner Agencies & Group Companies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, TikTok Studio,Sapo, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle community interactions professionally and empathetically.
