As a leading company in Social & E-commerce Data, Insights, Software, and Marketing Consulting in Vietnam, we are expanding our presence regionally to solidify our market leadership. We are looking for a COO to serve as the Head of the Head Office, working alongside the CEO to drive the group‘s operations by implementing well-defined structures, processes, and fostering a strong company culture.
Scope of Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Oversee key Head Office functions, including HR & Administration, Finance & Accounting, Business Intelligence, and IT.
- Manage the Head Office P&L to maximize operational efficiency.

Governance:

- Develop administrative processes and compliance frameworks for subsidiary companies.
- Ensure all subsidiaries comply with established regulations and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Lead and establish new regional offices, including recruitment efforts.
- Participate in M&A activities and help drive synergy across the group.
- Handle delegated responsibilities from the CEO, including the management of specific business lines.

Promotion Path: Potential promotion to CEO.
Requirements:

- Proven experience as a COO in a group-structured company, or as a Managing Director/CEO in related fields such as Software, Marketing, or Data.
- Strong financial background and expertise.
