We are looking for a COO/ Head of Operations to assist the CEO in implementing our goal of becoming the leading data intelligence group (encompassing social intelligence and e-commerce market intelligence) to help brands succeed in online commerce across Southeast Asia.​

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the Back Office (BO) functions at YouNet Group, including Finance, HR, IT, and BI. The COO will assist the CEO in managing these departments to ensure they effectively support and align with the operations of the subsidiary companies. Additionally, the COO will develop and manage inter-company and inter-departmental processes within the BO to optimize efficiency and collaboration.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Back Office Operations:

    • Lead and manage the Finance, HR, IT, and BI departments to ensure they effectively support subsidiary companies.​
    • Ensure that BO services align with the strategic goals of YouNet Group and its subsidiaries.​
  • Process Development and Management:

    • Develop, implement, and manage inter-company and inter-departmental processes within the BO to enhance operational efficiency.​
    • Establish and enforce policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor departmental performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the CEO.​
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.​
  • Team Leadership:

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the BO departments.​
    • Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing operational team.​
  • Strategic Support:

    • Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement corporate strategies.​
    • Participate in strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency.​

Benefit: Salary, Bonus, and ESOP

Promotion: Can be promoted to CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.​
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing multiple departments.​
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.​
    • Excellent strategic planning and business development abilities.​
    • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.​
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.​
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.​
    • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the HO departments.
