We are looking for an Assistant to Group CEO, who will directly work with the Group CEO in building the next growth chapter of YouNet Group - integrating data, agency, and measurement into one scalable commercial system across Southeast Asia.
This role is designed for a high-potential business professional who wants to be trained and groomed into the future Business Development Head, Chief Business Officer (CBO), or Managing Director of a business line.
Responsibilities
1. Group Operations Enablement
- Lead cross-functional operational projects across Group companies and departments.
Set up and manage compliance processes and operational discipline across the Group. - Audit and continuously improve operations workflows to ensure efficiency, transparency, and alignment with Group standards.
- Build and standardize new processes that fit the Group’s next-stage growth and regional expansion.
- Enable and streamline processes for regional offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.).
2. Partnership, M&A, and Integration
- Support M&A and business merging projects, ensuring operational and financial integration.
- Coordinate operational processes with partner and affiliated companies, ensuring compliance and synergy.
- Support the Group CEO in evaluating and integrating new investments or joint ventures from an operational perspective.
3. Performance & Governance
- Consolidate and analyze P&L and cost structures of companies to identify optimization opportunities.
- Track key BSC–KPI and OKR metrics and ensure alignment between departments and member companies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to strengthen internal systems for measurement, control, and accountability.
4. Process & Digital Transformation
- Lead automation and digital workflow initiatives to improve operational visibility and speed.
- Work with IT and functional heads to design data-driven dashboards and reporting systems for management tracking.
- Ensure that all systems and processes comply with regional governance, legal, and security standards.
Report to: Group CEO (Founder)
Promotion: Can be promoted to Operations Director / Managing Director of a member company or Group Head of Operations / Deputy COO within 2–3 years, progressing to senior operations leadership roles at Group level.

Qualifications
- ≥10 years of experience in Operations, Process Management, Finance, or Business Management, with proven cross-functional and leadership exposure.
- Preferred age range: 32-40 years old.
- Strong understanding of operations processes, P&L, and governance frameworks.
- Experience in data, digital, technology, or agency environments is preferred.
- Skilled in project management, process design, and operational auditing.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Able to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and align multiple stakeholders toward measurable outcomes.
