We are looking for a Head of Account (cum Business Development) who will help drive Fanscom growth by expanding the potential client base, building a high-performing and efficient team, and driving innovation by applying our new methodology in our products and services through fresh, strategic approaches.
THE MISSION OF THIS POSITION
Account Head (cum Business Development) leverages expertise and collaborates with diverse internal teams & business partners to manage multiple projects and achieve client’s expectations. Additionally, you will play a key role in Business Development helping Fanscom expand, build, and strengthen relationships with clients to earn their respect and trust, ultimately enhancing our client retention.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (40%)

- Ensure the company‘s target by establishing a business development strategy, marketing activation, industry engagement & partnership.
- Build relationships with new clients to collaborate with Account, Social, Planning, and Creative teams to win clients.

ACCOUNT HEAD (60%)
Client Services

- Continuously strengthen the relationship between Fanscom with clients and business partners and enforce the agency’s culture and values
- Manage client expectations and satisfaction on high standards on every campaign.
- Give good strategic advice to clients based upon keen understanding of marketing, brand-building; strong knowledge and experience of Digital platforms.
Project management
-
- Collaborate with internal team to develop plan and lead presentations
- Control project P&L to ensure the required profitability for Agency.
- Work collaboratively with other internal teams, including Planning, Social, Creative and other companies in YouNet Group (Buzzmetrics, YouNet Media, YouNet AM, Mango Digital) to ensure the best result for client(s).
Team development

- Developing team members qualified for company business needs such as assigning jobs, managing team workload and performance, and giving feedback to team members in a timely manner periodically.
- Inspiring all the relevant teams, and solving everyone’s difficulties; listening to team member difficulties and motivating them; giving recognition for good performance as well as managing poor performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Experiences & Knowledge:
-
- At least 10 years of digital agency management experience or related field.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, human resources, and schedules.
Skills:
-
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills (both Vietnamese & English)
- Effective team management capabilities. Ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently.
- Good teamwork skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team (not only the Account team but the whole project team also).
- Good analytical and organizational skills as well as communication skills.
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
Personality:

- Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills, willing to learn, adapt, and operate in a dynamic and fast-moving working environment.
- Be able to perform under high pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
