ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Build good client relationships.
  • Work with internal team/supplier and client on a daily basis to ensure smooth working process and quality control projects-related deliverables. 
  • Attend briefing meetings and work with line manager to formalize brief and task brief to internal team.
  • Manage project timeline & GP.
  • Assist the line manager in preparing for productive meetings - make sure that all details are known and aligned with attendees.
  • Ensure client files and folders are maintained in good order.
  • Manage client WIP documents ensuring that they are accurate and updated.
  • Handle paperwork tasks (contract, liquidation, etc.).
  • Escalate issues to Senior Account Executive/ Line Manager whenever it‘s necessary.

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Education: College/ University Graduate.
  • At least 1 year working in an agency or a relevant position in other fields. Handling Social projects, especially Always-on content is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese as well as in English. Having working experience with international clients is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good interpersonal and analytic thinking skills, result-oriented. 
  • Reliable/good at hitting deadlines.
  • Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Can-do mindset and eager to learn.

Promotion to: Senior Account Executive
