From sourcing to interviews, you’ll learn the full recruitment process and help connect the right people to the right roles — where they can grow and make an impact.
- Assisting the recruitment function: screen CV, post job advertisements and arrange interviews.
- Preparing for the interviews: booking meeting room, contact candidates, contact interviewers
- Working on recruitment projects and tasks as assigned
- Developing database of candidates to make sure all vacancy is ready to fulfill.
- Supporting other admin tasks.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources, Employer Branding team to build relationships and network with talented candidates through external events: attending job fairs, connecting with educational institutions, universities and other potential sources…
- Assist in planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for YouNet Group.
- Use recruitment metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement based on data.
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
- Basic understanding of human resource management
- Good communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and English communication
- Creative, innovative, flexible, strategic thinking
- High sense of judgement & responsibility
- Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
- Internship allowance of 3,000,000 VND/month and opportunity to become a full-time employee after the program
