To grow our team in order to expand our client base, currently, we are looking for a Strategic Planner.

As a Strategic Planner in YouNet AM, your mission is to transform fragmented data into actionable insights that drive social advocacy strategies, shaping real conversations, building brand values and resulting in driving measurable business outcomes. By that, we mean to look for someone who:

WHAT WILL YOU DO AT YOUNET AM?
Social Data Understanding - 30%
- Capable of using social listening tool, reading & analyzing social listening data
- Collaborate with Social Insight team to analyze customer’s insight by using social listening tool
Strategic Planning - 70%
- Based on desk research result & social listening data, identify industry context, brand situation, and consumer insights in order to develop effective communication strategies that address client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Content teams and Account teams to complete proposals, ensuring alignment across approach strategy, content strategy, channel strategy, and a relevant KPI framework.
- Present proposals directly to clients and support the Account team in client meetings by providing consultation on suitable social strategies.
- Coordinate with relevant teams in tracking and reporting project performance.
Report to: Senior Strategic Planner
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Background:
- Preferred background in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, PR, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an Influencer, Advertising, or Communication agency
Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of Marketing fundamentals.
- A true netizen (willingly or not) who keeps up with pop culture, youth trends, digital psychology, and has preferences across social media & e-commerce.
- Strong familiarity with analytics and real-time insight sources (e.g., Social trends, Google Trends, social listening dashboards).
Skill:
- Strong research and analytical thinking.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to generate clear, logical, and actionable planning ideas.
- Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English, especially in written expression.
- Confident in presentation and debate; able to defend a point of view with logic and clarity.
- High proficiency with PowerPoint (must), Excel, and desk research tools (AI tools, reports, data platforms).
