We are looking for Social Insight Executive to join with us. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the end-to-end execution of the monthly YMI Ranking, including data collection, statistical calculations, data classification, and in-depth analysis to generate key insights.
 
Marketing Insights & Trend Reports:

• Develop industry reports (Category Reports) and conduct trend analysis to support marketing initiatives. Transform raw social data into high-value marketing assets such as E-books, Whitepapers, and other materials. 

Strategic Desk Research:

• Conduct in-depth desk research across industries to understand market landscape, competitors, and consumer behavior. Collect, process, and analyze data to support ad-hoc requests from Marketing and Business Development teams.

Reporting & Presentation:

• Synthesize findings into clear, well-structured reports for internal stakeholders and clients. Ensure data accuracy, strong visual presentation, and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making.  

Data Classification with AI:

• Leverage and experiment with AI tools to support data classification (e.g., Sentiment) following existing workflows. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine AI outputs to ensure accuracy and improve data quality through prompt optimization.  

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields

Knowledge:

• Social Media & Marketing: Strong understanding of Marketing principles, Branding, and Social Media landscapes in Vietnam.
• Market Research: Proficiency in research methodologies, especially Desk Research and Data Synthesis.
• English: Good Business English (Reading & Writing)
• AI Familiarity: Basic understanding of Generative AI and its applications in research and data processing

Skill: 

• Data Analytics:
  • Basic Statistics (Must-have): Understanding of mean, growth rate, ranking logic, etc.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, Lookups, Data cleaning).
• Data Storytelling: Ability to translate numbers into compelling marketing articles and insights.
• Visualization: Ability to create clean, professional reports using PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Soft Skills: Critical thinking, Analytical thinking.  
• AI (Optional but advantageous):
  • Basic prompting skills and experience using AI tools to support research and data-related tasks
  • Willingness to learn and apply AI to improve work efficiency 

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Data Research, Market Research, Social Media Analytics
