Social Commerce & Media Team is a centralized social media team for Mango Digital & YouNet AM. Be part of them, Social Media Executive responsible for media & commerce plans for all social media projects for both companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PLANNING (40%) - Focus on Social Outreach
-
- Work alongside the internal teams to develop social communications strategy & creative proposals that address the client brief
- Participate in project pitching and develop communication plans on Social Networking Site (SNS) for brand or Social Outreach campaigns.
EXECUTION (30%)
-
- Monitor and manage the performance of Social Outreach plan implementation; address arising issues; identify/control communication crises in assigned channels or social outreach campaigns.
- Propose new development directions monthly/quarterly/annually for the brand‘s social media network to achieve high effectiveness.
TEAM MANAGEMENT (20%)

- Be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
- Create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team‘s potential.
- Manage and coordinate tasks, monitor operations for team members to execute activities in the approved Social categories.
INNOVATION (10%)

Report to: Social Manager
Promotion: Can be promoted to Associate Social Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
- At least 3 years of experience in planning & implementing Social Outreach campaigns and developing communications on social media platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience in building and managing teams, capable of communicating to subordinates.
- Having the mindset about influencer marketing, ability to create content and interactive & connecting activities for community members is an advantage.
- Ability to plan and manage execution: find insights, build ideas, track implementation activities.
- Ability to work under high pressure, balance well between independent work and teamwork.
