ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing hiring needs, with a primary focus on Tech recruitment. This role will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across technical functions while also providing support for selected non-tech positions 

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES    

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Tech positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
    • Support hiring activities for non-tech positions as needed across business functions.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team structures, and role requirements.
    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social platforms, and tech communities.
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
    • Drive recruitment processes effectively to meet hiring timelines and business demands.
    • Provide recruitment updates, hiring insights, and market intelligence to stakeholders.


REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Tech hiring.
    • Proven track record in recruiting technical talent within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
    • Strong sourcing capability and stakeholder management skills.
    • Good understanding of technical roles, hiring processes, and talent market trends.
    • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
