We are looking for a Senior Social Outreach Executive to join our dynamic team!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Outreach Planning (40%)
- Collaborate with the planning, content, and account teams to develop social outreach strategies, proposals and quotation detail
- Support the planning process for both new and retainer clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of clients' needs and objectives.
- Propose a list of suitable channels and channel insights for Social Advocacy campaigns to contribute to and align with the Social Advocacy strategy and Influencers/KOLs/KOCs/Community criteria of selection projects.
2. KOLs & Influencers Management & Outreach Project Execution (60%)
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Take responsibility for executing social media outreach campaigns (in collaboration with influencers, community partners, and neutralization suppliers), ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Work closely and effectively with the account team to monitor, follow up on, and quality control campaign performance, optimizing social outreach content, format, and tactics to maximize engagement and reach.
- Monitor project quality. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope, and meet with required quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
- Proactively spotting potential KOLs, new trends by the company's criteria on platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other suitable platforms.
Third-Party & Vendors Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and influencers to enhance long-term collaboration efficiency and cost optimization for the company.
- Take responsibility for working with and negotiating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) regarding costs, contracts, payments, and other aspects for each project and long-term contracts.
Paperwork Management and Internal Process Enhancement
- Coordinate with Sales Admin team to update & follow paperwork, contracts and payment with influencers and communities, vendors, third party efficiently
- Assume accountability for controlling and tracking cash outflows related to influencers/suppliers to optimize project costs and maximize profits for the company.
- Conduct reports related at the request of Social Outreach Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge & Education:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with expertise in Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Solid grasp of nature of influencers and other social outreach channels, including celeb, mega to nano influencers, hot communities, and fan pages
- Basic to standard knowledge of social listening tools and key social listening metrics (e.g., sentiment, share of voice, buzz volume, audience insights), with a strong willingness to apply these insights into social outreach planning and execution
2. Skill:
- Good at communication and negotiation skills
- Have the ability on project management, organization and time management
- Can-do attitude, responsible and able to work multitask and under pressure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive; as well as the capacity to efficiently learn about new technology
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese is a plus
3. Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant scope of work
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, Influencer & Community Partnership, preferably within an advertising agency or similar environment.
4. Personality:
- Proactive, capable of adapting quickly to changing situations and emerging opportunities.
- Positive attitude, responsibility, persistence, result-oriented. .
- Willing to learn new market trends, be self-demand, enjoy new challenges.
- Capable of learning new technologies and optimizing working processes to meet projects‘ needs.
