We are seeking a Senior Social Insight candidate to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team, a unit reporting directly to the Group CEO. This team focuses on executing strategic, cross-departmental, and inter-company projects within YouNet Group. This is an ideal position for candidates with strong analytical skills who thrive in a dynamic, challenging environment and want to contribute directly to the Group‘s strategic initiatives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. DATA ANALYTICS & REPORTING (90%)

For approaching new clients:

    • Ability to process and analyze data and create reports by industry/category and by campaign for the Marketing Services Business Development team to use in engaging with new clients.

For pitching:

    • Conduct studies with campaigns as the subject to extract key learning points for the planning team.
    • Conduct studies with consumers as the subject to help planners capture insights to support the development of creative communication ideas.

For executing & post-campaign:

    • Consolidate, analyze data and produce reports according to the campaign‘s periodic schedule or upon its full conclusion, based on the executed communication activities and messaging of the job, with the goal of helping the team improve activities for the next phase.

2. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (10%)

    • Research and experiment with new tools to serve data processing, analysis, and faster insight generation.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

    • Must-have: Good understanding of the diversity of data points across digital & social media platforms, communication touchpoints (paid - owned - earned), and their metrics for measurement and optimization.
    • Must-have: Proficient understanding of social listening reports and their application throughout the campaign lifecycle (planning - execution - measurement).
    • Must-have: Knowledge of basic statistics is a must-have.

Skill

    • Must-have: Proficiency in using AI tools & advanced AI prompting skills.
    • Must-have: Ability to convincingly report and present data.
    • Must-have: Ability to work effectively under ‘agency side’ pressure.
    • Must-have: Collaborative teamwork skills.
    • Nice-to-have: Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills (both in Vietnamese & English).
    • Advantageous: Project management skills to ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery.

Experience

    • Must-have: At least 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field or a related position.
    • Must-have: Experience in social listening is a must.
    • Advantageous: Previous exposure to market research is an advantage.
    • General: Any other relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the job well.
