RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing Research & Operations (80%)

  • Be on top of e-commerce market trends and latest discussions from e-commerce sellers to suggest new marketing activities to line manager.
  • Participating in marketing content production, be on top of data analysis following instructions to ensure accuracy of all contents produced.
  • Participating in debriefing clients and media's requests and delivering reports and contents according to line manager's instructions.
  • Creating standardized report templates that can be quickly replicated for multiple marketing activities.
  • Participating in handling insight reports with the Research team including analyze data, writes reports and recommendations, work with clients to finalize the result.

2. Marketing Analytics (20%)

  • Maintaining marketing's data lists and cost summary. Analyzing data for insights on marketing efficiency.
  • Participating in regular review/feedback of systems, procedures and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving marketing productivity and accuracy.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications.
  • Understanding deeply category knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding about Health & Beauty and E-commerce is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year working at the same level in Market Research, Data Journalism or Data-driven Marketing position.
