We are looking for one Senior QC Engineer who will join our team to make the great products to market.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Own and drive end-to-end quality for the product across API, data, and UI layers.

  • Design and implement test strategy based on system architecture, risk, and business impact (not just executing test cases).

  • Develop and maintain automated tests (API/UI), and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Validate data integrity and system flows, including data pipelines, backend services, and frontend applications.

  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and work closely with developers to resolve them effectively.

  • Collaborate with Product/BA/Engineering teams to ensure testability and quality are built-in from early stages (shift-left).

  • Handle complex scenarios and prioritize testing efforts across multiple features or projects.

  • Continuously improve testing processes by reducing manual effort and increasing automation & efficiency.

  • Mentor junior testers and help uplift overall team capability.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Core Experience

• • Minimum 5 years of experience in Software QA / Quality Engineering, preferably in complex or data-intensive systems, at least 2 years of experience in Automation.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing test strategies for real-world systems (not just executing test cases).
  • Experience working with data-intensive systems, distributed architectures, or high-scale platforms (e.g., e-commerce, fintech, analytics, search systems) is highly preferred. 
  • Track record of leading QC processes and reviewing work of junior team members

Technical Skills

• • Strong experience in API testing (Postman or equivalent tools).
  • Hands-on experience with test automation:
    
    • • Familiarity with at least one automation framework (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
      • Ability to maintain and extend automated test suites
  • Experience working with databases:
    • • SQL (MySQL or equivalent)
      • NoSQL/Search systems (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Solr)
        
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows.
  • Experience validating data flows, data pipelines, or crawling/collection systems is a strong advantage.

 AI-Augmented Testing

• • Actively uses AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to:
    • • Generate and optimize test cases
        
      • Support bug analysis and root cause investigation
      • Explore edge cases and improve test coverage
        
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them effectively in testing workflows.
  • Open mindset toward adopting AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency.

OTHERS REQUIREMENTS

Soft Skills 

• • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
    
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members.

Nice to have

• • Experience with performance testing (JMeter, k6…).
  • Experience with CI/CD integration for automated tests.
    
  • Experience with security testing.
  • Background in testing data systems, NLP outputs, or AI-generated content.
