Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-driven Marketer to build and amplify our brand presence in Vietnam, with a focus on engaging brands and agencies through our SocialTech product and service offerings. You’ll own the end-to-end content and campaign strategy across social media, Brandcom platforms, and digital ads, driving inbound leads and building a strong narrative for YouNet Social’s innovation in the market.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Market Awareness & Brand Positioning

  • Build and execute marketing strategies to strengthen YouNet Social’s brand presence in VN.
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms.

2. Content Creation & Campaign Management

  • Develop engaging content (articles, visuals, posts, video scripts, etc.) for social media, Brandcom blogs, and websites.
  • Write copy for paid ads, product campaigns, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate and schedule content calendars across Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

3. Lead Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Design and manage inbound lead generation campaigns that drive awareness and qualified interest.
  • Manage web content and on-site user experience to ensure landing pages, blogs, and CTAs are optimized for engagement and conversions across the funnel.
  • Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and report on lead funnel performance and suggest conversion improvements.

4. Event Marketing

  • To engage prospects and partners, plan, promote, and execute online events such as webinars, live Q&As, or product walkthroughs.
  • Organize and manage small in-person events (20–50 attendees) such as networking meetups, client roundtables, or product demo sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics, content, and promotional activities to ensure event success and lead capture.

 5. Collaborations & Community Engagement

  • Partner with business teams to align messaging with sales goals.
  • Identify industry events, online forums, or partnerships to boost outreach.
  • Foster a community around YouNet’s tools through thought leadership and storytelling.

6. Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data and digital engagement to refine strategies.
  • A/B test content, creatives, and ad formats to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing (preferably in tech or B2B marketing sector).
  • Proven track record in content marketing, social media management, and ad campaign execution.
  • Strong copywriting skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tiktok ads, CRM, Canva/Figma, etc.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing principles and lead nurturing funnels.
