The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for executing a variety of marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, build brand imagery, support the sales team and increase leads.

This is a hands-on role encompassing the full marketing mix where you will be given the autonomy to run campaigns with a strong emphasis on direct marketing to target audiences using on and offline channels.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Project Management (40%)

    • Work with internal teams, agencies, partners and other external stakeholders to implement marketing projects.
    • Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You‘ll be involved in planning, creative development, execution & optimization.

2. Content & Performance Marketing (30%)

Utilizing marketing tools proficiently as required by MKT Project team demands, with minimal guidance from leaders . Specifically:

    • Content marketing
    • Website management
    • Email marketing
    • Social media Ads
    • Graphic design
    • Event Management (Online & Offline)

3. Partnership Marketing (20%)

    • Assist line manager to collaborate and maintain relationships with marketing experts, media partners, community partners and other businesses to create marketing campaigns that benefit both parties.

4. Performance Reporting (10%)

    • Define the most important social media KPIs, and collect and analyze monthly marketing metrics.
    • How to utilize data to optimize related operations.
    • Report on the monthly key metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of channel strategy with alternative solutions to improve performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

    • You‘ll be a broad marketer from the B2B Tech & Research industry.

2. Knowledge:

    • Broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels.
    • Experience executing webinars & offline events.

3. Skill:

    • Good analytical skills.
    • Ability to create content.
    • Working proficiency in English.
    • Aesthetic sensibility (experience in using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage).
    • Proficient in marketing tools (email marketing, Google Analytics, Search Console, Datastudio) & MS Office.

4. Experience:

    • At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.

    • Open-minded, innovative, flexible, strategic thinking
    • High sense of ownership & responsibility
    • Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
