We are looking for Senior Content Executive whose mission is to get people know about us – a provider that brings great added values to business.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Strategy Development (25%)

    • Plan and develop content strategies for marketing campaigns, ensuring the content aligns with the objectives, target audience, and communication channels.

2. Content Creation and Management (20%):

    • Write, edit, and review various types of content including articles, website copy, product descriptions, social media posts, and other marketing materials.

3. Innovative Content Creation (15%):

    • Encourage testing and experimentation with new content formats and strategies, applying the latest trends and technologies to improve engagement and results.

4. SEO Content Optimization (10%):

    • Ensure content is optimized according to SEO standards to improve visibility and rankings on search engines.

5. Analysis and Reporting (10%): 

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of content campaigns, report results, and propose strategies for optimization.

6. Content Project Management (10%): 

    • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.

7. Building and Maintaining Relationships (10%)

    • Build and nurture relationships with partners, media outlets, and external stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of content strategies.

Report to: Marketing Manager

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages, or a related field.

2. Knowledge:

    • In-depth understanding of content marketing, SEO, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM, etc.).
    • Familiarity with current digital media trends and target audience preferences.
    • Strong knowledge in crafting effective content strategies for digital channels such as websites, social media, and video marketing.

3. Skill:

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to generate creative and engaging content.
    • Strong analytical skills to research and track market trends, keywords, and content performance metrics.
    • Independent worker with excellent team collaboration skills, able to lead and manage content projects.
    • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.) and SEO & analytics tools.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and convey messages effectively.

4. Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, content management, or similar roles.
    • Experience working in B2B Marketing is an advantage for candidates.
    • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

5. Personality:

    • Creative, proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a flexible approach to challenges.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Committed and passionate about content marketing, with a keen interest in learning and growing professionally.
    • A deep passion for digital marketing and content creation.
