ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Manage, maintain, and export databases; ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation across all sources.
  • Monitor data quality, supervise data migration, and ensure reliable integration between systems.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports with clear, actionable insights. 
  • Regularly monitor, validate, and optimize operation dashboards to ensure timely and accurate business visibility.
  • Support the analysis, development, and customization of dashboards and reports based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions to improve user adoption of dashboards and reports.
  • Perform system testing to ensure CRM enhancements meet business logic and data requirements.
  • Complete additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
    

REQUIREMENTS

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Power Platform (1 year acceptable for strong or fast-learning candidates).
  • Proficiency with Power Query, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BigQuery. (SQL proficiency is required (must-have), Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail, responsibility, self-discipline, and proactiveness.
    Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
