ABOUT THE JOB
This Trainee Program aims to identify and develop promising research talents, equipping them with analytical skills, client service abilities, and effective collaboration techniques.
We are looking for promising E-commerce Intelligence (ECI) Research Trainees who are analytically sharp, articulate communicators, and passionate about building a long-term career in market research.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Analysis (50%)
-
- On-the-job training and hands-on practice across different types of analysis based on real project work.
- Ability to complete the fundamental steps of the analysis process with guidance.
Project management & Execution (30%):
Support Senior staff in managing and executing internal initiatives and always-on client projects:
-
- Responsible of the end to end project management from client briefing to report delivery including coordination with other functions from data collection, data processing, and reporting.
- Work on the analysis and interpretation of results, and write reports and recommendations.
- Responsible to answer client request.
- Accountable for client deliverables, analyses, servicing, etc.
Servicing clients (10%)
Shadow Senior staff in client servicing and observe end-to-end project execution:

- Delivering quality services to clients timely and precisely according to client business needs, specifications and following company‘s requirements.
- Responsible for Client‘s meeting internal preparation to deliver research results; Gradually in charged for Client‘s meeting.
Others (10%)
-
- Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff.
- Taking part in team/ company‘s culture contribution such as internal activities, team building, training, competition.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
-
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
Knowledge
-
- Understanding about FMCG, Consumer Electronics industry is a plus
- Experience in Market Research is an advantage
Skill

- Can-do, detail-oriented, proactive attitude
- High adaptability & responsibility
- Good sense of numeric and logical thinking
- Good written and verbal English skills

- Problem solving is a plus
Experiences

- No work experience required. If you have experience related to Economics (priority in Marketing & Information Technology) is an advantage
- Unrelated but complementary work experience: participating in student group activities, social work... to practice communication skills, time management, and ability to withstand pressure
