We are looking for a proactive and passionate Research Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are excited about social media trends, data analysis, and providing strategic insights to drive business outcomes, we’d love to meet you!
- Oversee strategic research delivery across key clients — ensuring relevance, depth, and business value.
- Consult clients directly on communication strategy, brand tracking, and crisis signals.
- Handle senior client escalations with confidence and solution-oriented thinking.
- Monitor team bandwidth, project health, and resource planning across the team.
- Optimize delivery cost vs. value and ensure commercial efficiency.
- Collaborate with Client Partnership & Customer Acquisition teams for project scoping & pricing.
- Lead a team of Supervisors, Seniors, and Executives — build their capability roadmap and set performance standards.
- Champion a feedback culture and learning mindset.
- Mentor talent into future leaders — not just deliverers.
- Co-develop new frameworks, research models, and strategic reporting formats.
- Elevate our positioning from service provider to thought partner.
- Contribute to cross-team R&D and solution development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Social Media, or a related field.
- Comfortable owning high-value client relationships & mentoring multi-level teams.
- Fluent in translating data into business implications.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, team motivation, and strategic planning.
- Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and bilingual proficiency (Vietnamese & English).
- 4–6+ years in Research/Account Management with proven leadership & consulting experience.
- Have an experience in social listening is an advantage
- Previous market research exposure is an advantage
- Any other experience to prove that you can do the job well

- Sharp in business thinking — understands trade-offs between insight depth, time, and cost
