ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for promising Research Executive (E-Commerce Intelligence) who are analytically sharp, articulate communicators, and passionate about building a long-term career in market research.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Projects management and execution (60%)
-
- Responsible of the end to end project management from client briefing to report delivery including coordination with other functions from data collection, data processing, and reporting.
- Work on the analysis and interpretation of results, and write reports and recommendations.
- Responsible to answer client querry, request.
- Accountable for client deliverables, analyses, servicing, etc
Servicing clients (30%)

- Working under Research Supervisor/Senior in delivering quality services to clients timely and precisely according to client business needs, specifications and following company‘s.
- Responsible for Client‘s meeting internal preparation to deliver research results; Gradually in charged for Client‘s meeting.
Others (10%)
-
- Taking part in team‘s contribution to build working process within Research Department regarding Data Management, Account Management & Analytical Skills Training.
- Provide ""in office"" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff.
- Taking part in company‘s culture contribution such as internal activities & team building.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
-
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
Knowledge:
-
- Understanding about FMCG, Consumer Electronics industry is a plus
- Experience in Market Research is an advantage
Skill:
-
- Analytical - Have good analytical skills and can deal with both numbers and words analysis
- Communication - ability to communicate effectively both in written or verbally
- Presentation - Able to demonstrate the analysis and ideas to support for a story telling
- Be organized and detailed oriented
- Experienced in Excel, Google Sheet, Google Studio is an advantage
Experience:

- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, client facing, marketing analyst, trade marketing in FMCG, auditing, research industry
